The Changning Jiangsu Service Agency was established in the 1st, Apr, 2004. It is an informal working organization under the catchword as 鈥渕ake thousands of people do the work to serve for the disabled鈥�. It mainly serves for the over 700 handicapped near Jiangsu road. There are altogether 17 assistants (all of them are disabled) and they are distributed between 13 communities and help the service of the disabled and accomplish all the jobs. They just help filling in and sending the government documents, helping the disabled鈥檚 families solve their difficulties.
